Pureology Nanworks Shampoo and Conditioner. It's really expensive though....liters sell for $110 each. But it leaves my hair smelling and feeling amazing. Plus you only use the amt the size of a quarter so it lasts a really long time.

i like to use paul mitchell shampoo and conditioner. I know you aren't supposed to use pantene or herbal essences, because these shampoos have chemicals in them that do absolutely nothing for your hair. stick to salon brands, and even if you think those are expensive, you can always get those same brands at Wal Mart for a cheaper price.

All these answers are great, so far! I especially agree with the No-Pantene/Herbal Essences answer!
My favourite brands are Loma (may be hard to find if you're not on the US West Coast), Kenra, Joico, KMS, and A-G. I have fine, thin hair, so you may have to experiment to see what is best for your hair. I've heard that Oscar Blandi and Jonathan Product brands are great for thick, coarse hair. I use Loma and Kenra on my clinets and have great results.
