If the supermarket says so, than yes, but normally no, you can't. Try a bank or a check cashing store.

That's up to the grocery store. Some do and some don't. Wal-Mart will cash them for a maximum fee of $3.00. Avoid the check cashing places; they charge outrageous fees.

Better yet, open a bank account.

no you cant i work at a grocery store if the check says the name of the store then yes but it will say ur name go get a checking or savings account and put ur check in there or a currency exchange

Go to a check cashing store, it would be a lot less hassle

If they're willing to cash it, then yes. A few stores will, many won't.

No because the name on the cheque is yours thus it will need to be bank to your account.
