I actually don't know. I hope you are aware of the implications of giving up one of your kidneys. I know there are a lot of people who needs kidney transplant ( I nurse patients with kidney failure). They will be grateful to have a new kidney but it really depends if they want to pay you or not.

well - as far as i know this is illegal - you can donate and the rewards would be great in your soul to have saved a life - one cant put a price on life - though i must admit many do and trajically so.
