What PLC Brand Compet or Better than Siemens?

Having tried a bunch of them I would rate Allen-Bradley as the best and Siemens as the worst.

The A-B programming software is the most intuitive to use and their tech support is very helpful.

Siemens is the exact opposite. All of their PLCs use different obscure programming packages and their support is close to zilch.
