I had a back surgery about two years ago. Before the surgery I couldnt walk except with a caine. I put on about 60lbs. Then I had back surgery and lost a bout 30 lbs. Since then I have been scared to really go back to the gym. Im terrified I might re-injure my back again. Ive just started working again in the past year at a place where I stand all day. Sometimes my back and feet hurt so much I can barely move the next day but i keep on going. I want to get healthy and look the way i used to before i hurt myself and had surgery. On top of that I recently have gotten engaged. We have a year till the date and now Im frantically trying to find a way to get motivated. Im so tired from work I never have the energy. And like I said i am worried about reinjuring my back. If anyone has great advice please help!

Wow JB
You have good motivation congrats. You don't need the gym so much as a good nutritional plan! Something simple and attainable. You need a full body cellular cleanse and a very conservative excersise plan walk a block then you now the deal, just work a little bit more every day. Cleanse nutrition exersise1 2 3 simple

You will lose weight if you use more calories in a day than you take in. So, you can lose weight by diet or excercise, or a combination of the two.

Try consuming things that are low in calorie density. Water, tea, apples, cucumbers, etc. Only eat when you're hungry. Walk a lot. Don't strain yourself, just start getting into habits like this that will cause you to lose weight.
