www.nbme.org Is the national board of medical examiners. They write the USMLE and have sample tests.
www.usmle.org administers the USMLE and also has good information.
http://www.boardprep.net/ Gold standard sets up whole review courses and have test banks.

Here you are the latest up to date question banks to prepare for the USMLE. It can get expensive so shop around. Most banks have 3000 or more questions. If you like a publisher go with their questions. In general if you go through all the questions you can't loose. Questions are always changing and questions are always staying the same, don't go for free ride prirates questions banks, tooo much dependes on it.

www.testpreview.com It has MANY different practice tests listed on the left hand side, and it gives you the answers and grades it for you. It even includes the MCAT which you will probably be most interested in. Hope this helps.
