I'm not an actual card-carrying member, but praise "Bob", I've got plenty of Subgenius friends, and I've popped up at a few devivals and plenty of other SubG events myself.

eeeeeeeYup.

Been a $ub since 1991. I'm almost completely inactive in it, though I went to X-Day IV, and several orbits back I was Doktor Drummond's roommate for a week in Amsterdam.

I listen to Stang's show, occasionally. He does a great job. On the few occasions when we've met, we didn't really hit it off, but I admire what he does.

I always have high plans to do elaborate, fun krazeeness at the always upcoming X-Day, but it just requires SO MUCH initiative. Not to mention skills with an arc welder. And an arc welder. And enormous bungee straps and a 500 foot long slip & slide. I need one of those leather pilot's helmets that they used to wear back around WWI, too, but I don't have any of those things, so I usually just watch the fireworks closer to home.

None of this has anything to do with anything. I'm just letting the crap flow out of my head. BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH, Godzilla's swollen testicles, etc., etc.
