and should be doing but am too..unmotivated to do for myself. Isnt that a good thing? If i get him to make me do them?

i have been asking myself the same ????.. if you really wanted to do them for self satisfaction & developement you WOULD.

Not really. Because you're USING him as a "crutch" to do things you SHOULD be doing for yourself. Do you really need him to "babysit" you all your life? And what if his "best interests" turn out to be wrong- for once? Are you THEN going to blame HIM for a decision that YOU should've been making? If this guy is so NICE- then he deserves YOU to return the favor- by motivating YOURSELF to live up to his faith in you. If you think you "can't" -then he's wasting his time.

Well yes but what if you lose that person, you will be even less motivated to do what you are doing now and not have the drive to continue.Motivate yourself and do not depend on anyone.That happened to me and once i lost him i was in a deeper hole than i first was.

it's good you have someone like that but we should always do things for ourselves and not because others tell us to.

it's not easy but change is the only permanent thing in the world...what if you lose him?

be thankful you have him and in gratitude be what he wants you to be because you love yourself as much as he loves you.
