what do i say if somone calls me fat?

usually when a person is loved for his good mental, social n emotional qualities, his physical drawbacks -however big- often go flately overlooked.for eg some of our bollywud comedians and even actors,and some other famous people arent really good looking and in fact hav some or the other physical ugliness; but their behaviour and conduct is such that they are well loved and millions of people croon over them.(i can giv u scores of names if u cant think of any)
well,i dont wish to sound like a preacher; i just wanted to say that if you are afraid of people not liking yr figure there are at least 3 things you can do
1. blandly agree with them.when u agree easily the offender too easily forgets his point but if u retort back nastily they remember it and try to hit again and again.
2. no one who truely loves u will ever find yr figure any hindrance.so u know easily who r yr real friends with real affections.
3. very important point. if u, on yr own account, try to be extra cheerful,friendly, helpful, smiling and confidant looking then remain 100% assured that instead of calling u fat, ost people will be giving yr example to other people "look, she is such a nice person."a lot of people wud prefer u to hang out wid and and be friendly then yr other so called slim acquaintances.
actually the world takes u as u present yrself.if u hav problem wid yr figure they certainly hav;if u take it in yr stride they dont even remember.
i wud like to stress here that u shud never try to giv any rude answer becoz that wud only get u a hateful n nasty image in front of yr acquaintances

just because you turn the other cheek does not mean you are a sissy. it only means you know who your and you don´t need any one Else's approval.

people make fun of other because they are hurting, or they are jealous. maybe some one is calling you fat because they don´t have any thing to eat, or they don´t eat enough and are hungry. some people just like being mean.

just walking away is a good thing to do because if someone calls you fat they are being childish and immature and if you give them eye contact or acknowledge what they said to you then you are feeding them and making them want to do more insults but if you just don't look at them and walk away they don't feel so cool. You can also say to them that you will report them to the person in charge like if it is a school then report them to the principal

When I was younger and fatter I used to fight if anyone called me a name more than ONCE. I was raised like a pitbull. You don't want to be treated like a punching bag do you? Or if not, just diss them about any flaw that they have or threatened them. Say 'I know you don't want this fat b**** to f***** your pretty little face up now do you?' If the person telling you that is skinny or not fat, tell them: At least i'm not as thin as you. OR, If the person telling you that is ALSO fat, He/She doesn't have any right to say that because you two are the same, you could also say: Well, I'm not the only one. Look at yourself.

Tell them they aren't paying for your food or health so what is it to them. If they mind the way you look tell them not to look. Also if you notice something about them pointed out. Like if they are too skinny, say well if I made myself puke like you after meals I would also be thin. It's not nice I know but with some people one just has to be mean.
