You have to break your diet. It can become dangerous if you don't eat. Trust me, I didn't eat for a while (for different reasons) and I developped heart problems and anemia. You need to eat at least 1200 calories a day. If possible, tell someone near you that you're worried, and have them sit with you and make you eat something. That's what I had to do for a while. A friend was worrried, so she would not let me leave the table until I had eaten everything on my plate. Get someone to do that. But you have got to break your diet. Please, get help now!

try to start eating more with ice cream. my friend went on a meatless diet and lost almost all the hair on the head and all the nails stopped growing. if meat and chicken are unthinkable right now, try fish to begin.
you didn't say why you started the diet, if it was just to see what else you can stop eating other than meat, then you have found your answer already, almost everything and also that you start to wonder if you will die.
ice cream is a good way to put some protein and fat in your cells, including your brain cells.
if you are a young person, you should let a kind adult know about this and help you recover.

Our society today rules what a person should look like. Why is it that we feel such pressure to bow down to some other person's sick idea of what everyone should look like? You need to eat. You are killing yourself. Come to our place and we'll give you a biscuit. Stop worrying about your weight so much. It's ridiculous and you know it or you would have never posted this question. Get some help dear. I'm not being critical or sarcastic...I mean it. Call someone that can help you!

When I die, others will nonetheless be alive getting on with their lives. Perhaps I'd love to consider a few might mourn my dying, however with the intention to rely on what I did in lifestyles. When I die, I will probably be not more, so I may not be mindful and as a consequence I may not be able to grasp what occurs following my demise. So there's no factor demanding approximately it.

talk to a nutritionist about being a vegan/vegetarian. They can give you tips on how to eat well without eating meat or animal byproducts. You may need to take iron or other vitamin suppliments that you usually get from meats. Don't starve yourself though. thats what will kill you. your body will start to eat the fat cells that you do have(the good ones that you need). Don't go there, I have and it sucked....that was 10 years ago for me, I am much better now that I know how to eat better. Good luck to you!

Dear, you do need to see a specialist--see your doctor (preferably an internist) and then see a specialist in eating disorders. You might also get a referral to a psycholgist. What you're describing sounds like anorexia, and anorexia is not just a desease of the body, it's a desease of the mind and needs to be treated as such. Good luck!

hun this isnt healthy. it sounds like anorexia, but im not sure because im not a professional. i do know, tho, if you dont want to look like a Holocaust survivor, you need to eat at least 1000 calories a day, preferably more. Nothing will happen to you if you break this strict diet, you need something less rigid or you really could die. there are plenty of things you can eat that are healthy and vegan, if you choose to continue that lifestyle. but you need to get your calorie intake up, because youre really harming your body

if you eat only that little, your body will store fat. if being fat is what you're afraid of, then the best solution is to drink lots of water and eat normally. for your sake, at least 1000 calories per day. once in a while, eat something you like. you MUST have something you like. how about ice cream? or healthy stuff like avacados (which are really really healthy and really really good), or SUSHI. you must like sushi.
anywho, those are my favorite foods. lol. but ya, EAT!!

you can be a vegan and still consumer 2,000 calories like you should...get in touch with a nutritionist...they can help you find good foods that don't come from animals and get the proper nutrition that you need.
