I'm doing a persuasive speech in school and I am very supportive of organ donation. I was wondering how others felt. If you are against it, why?

Each day, about 77 people get the organ transplant that gives them a second chance, but 19 others die waiting for a donated organ (organdonor.gov). One donor can SAVE 8 lives and enhance more then 40 others. Some people are scared to say they want to donate because they think they may be taken off life support prematurely. Personally, I don't want to be kept alive artificially for longer than 2 weeks. The chances of waking up after that are incredibly slim, and even if you do, the quality of life would probably be terrible. I would rather give other people a second shot at life than be a burden on my family.

I think if a person makes that decision it is up to them, I don't see way not it saves lives, and since you are dead why not let someone else use it for a time, I don't agree with what is happening in China, stealing organs from inmates and selling them that is wrong

Why would anyone be against something that can save someone's life and at NO COST to the person who lost their life.
