I know he's a HE cause it says 'God the Father' in the Bible. I've never heard of a female father.

God had lots of prophets, but Jesus was his son. There's a difference in son and prophet. And yes, there is a God. He isn't imaginary either.

So, you believe Adam was God's son as well? You don't believe that God made Adam from dirt?....You think Eve was Gods Daughter? You don't believe that God made Eve out of Adams Rib?
If you want to call Jesus Gods son then you best call Adam Gods son as well...
God allowed Jesus to be born just as he allowed Adam to be made....In order for God to be the "biological Father" he would have had to have had Sexual Relations with Mary...Umm..HELLO!!
God made Jesus, Yes, But he is not the Father of him..He is the Commander of him and all of us...Jesus was a Prophet, my sweet...not God and not Gods son....

Because why would an All omnisent God need a son, or want a son, or even have a son???
This is what i take fromt the Christian faith?
God had his son/God through a 13 year old virgin/mother of God.
Its like a game with a twist.
There is God, o but wait he has a son (who is also God)
and then there is the random floating Spirit (which is also God)
Sorry not intrested.

because the idea of God having a son with a mortal goes back to the ancient egyptians and the ancient greek, so it makes sense that 100 years after the "death" someone would say o ya jesus was the son of God and besides its not logical at all that God have a son, because the whole idea of God is that its him and him alone if there is a demi God out there then that is a threat to God and there would be chaos

OK, by the same token, why is it so hard to believe that God's prophet was Muhammad? You believe there is a God, but you can't accept that he had a prophet? Huh?

Because in order to have a son, usually there is a mother and sex involved.
I believe in Jesus as God's son, but I do understand that this not always an easy concept for people to believe and it is wrong to belittle those who do not believe.

How can you not accept the truth that there is not such thing as a god?
It is the same reason.
(Like you say, you can insisted on the notation there is a god, but you had never met him. You can insisted on a notation he has a son, but you had never met him either. It is call blind faith, it is call brain washing. You can have blind faith in god, why can't other have faith that this god character do not have a son.
Why? Because is it not recorded in their religious book.)

Why is it so easy for some people to believe that there is a god?
Hey - wake up and smell the coffee, sunshine.
God is imaginary, just as ALL the preceding gods in the history of mankind have been.
How come that's so difficult to get a grasp of?

The book of Matthew lists the genealogy of Jesus back to David -- through the bloodline of his father: Joseph.
Go look.
Joseph was his dad. The "Son of God" stuff was added later for PR.

is there a need for god to have a son?
why must his son die to redeem us?
why must be pray through so and so.. when god can talk to us from the first day of creation?
was this all in god's plan when he created adam and eve?
personally i believe, we just make things too complicated for ourselves.
God create human to enjoy his other creations (the earth, the universe and all in it)...
but human sometimes forget about god, so he send signs/prophets to remind us of his existence...
that is all !!!
why can't we all just believe that? why complicate matters?
