I am looking for the best thing out there for accomplishing this. If you happen to know of any websites that rank different products in this category and have a "top product" listed, feel free to provide the link. I know that many products work but that many more are complete crap so I only want the BEST products. If you have had success with a particular product feel free to share your experience.

I don't know of a website that ranks in this category. I also would need to know where/what you want to tighten.
BeautiControl has products that contain peptides...which is a skin tightener. There is a product line that is all about tightening the face. There is also a product line to tighten other areas as well. All work great and has a money back guarantee.
As for thicker skin - Regeneration Extreme Repair for face and body - this is a great moisturizer containing ingredients that help to thicken the skin tissue to better retain hydration.

Are you looking for a firming type of product? Try Jergens firming moisturizer. I've used it many times before. I'm thin but still have cellulite on my thighs and this stuff worked really good! The key is to put it on damp skin and try to do this everyday or every time after a shower. It soaks into your skin better because it has moisture to hang on to. Even the most expensive of lotions won't work if you're putting them on dry skin.
The regular formula, if I remember right, works in 6-8 weeks. And there's an advanced formula that works in 2-4. There's also a body wash, but I haven't tried it yet. They smell great and, if you have dry skin like me, they keep it nice and soft. Plus it's affordable.

I swear by this. My mom got me to use this and eveyone is always talking about our skin. She looks just as young as me.
The best is they guarantee their stuff so you won't get stuck with anyhting that doesn't work.
