Because you're worth being sober. Think about who you want to be, who you could be if you get rid of this crutch. I believe in who you want to become, remember you are more than you could ever think to know. You may change more than just your own life if you just hold on to this precious choice you've made. Do it for you. Do it for who you are without it.

Everyday you take a drink, it will be that much harder. My husband is an alcoholic, clean now 25 years. He went to AA all by himself (I didn't know him then) and he made me very proud. If you are thinking of taking a drink anytime, you need AA. They are there for you anytime. Don't do it, think how hard it is to start all over everytime you do. God loves you, he put you on this earth to do more with your life than that. Think of the family and friends who love you and would be so disappointed in you. I will pray for you.

It's really bad for your liver.
All of your progress will be lost if you give in to the temptation now.

Just think about other things...keep your mind off the alcohol. Maybe every time you get the urge to drink you can do something else....

You know the reasons not to drink today or any other day. You remember how you were drunk. You remember the people that you hurt. You are not that person any more and you never want to be again.

I know you can do it! Stay strong and God Bless.
