Every church I go to all I find are teenagers and people 30 and up where are all the 20 somethings in church?

We started a young adults club in our church. It was a tough slog; my late friend Deirdre began it many times before it really took off, but once it did it flourished.
Make an effort to get one started; talk to you spiritual leader about it.

Yeah same here. They're either too young or far too old. I suppose it is because around the 20s people tend to want to be independent for once, including from the church, but in later life people find more reason to take an interest in religion and also bring their kids.

As a general rule when "kids"(don't take that personally I call everyone kid) go to college they stop going to church until they have children of their own who are old enough to go to Sunday school. Our 30-something group is even iffy, showing up only once in a while. By 40's they seem to be pretty regular attendees.

I am betting that you will find most of them in College! Remember, between 18 - 22, most young people who dont go to Church are in College earning thier degree to go face the World and make something of themselves.
They are also learning all kinds of garbage that the liberal Colleges teach them because it seems that Christians are not wanted at Colleges! We dont have the "values" they espouse... Gays, and homosexuals are the "norm" there and promoted heavily, while we dont adhere to thier agendas and dont accept thier "lifestyle" as the norm, so, we are shunned.

When I was single our singles study included people ages 18-35. After that singles have the option to go to men ministry and women's ministry.
