I have long, wavy brown hair with no bangs. My prom dress is strapless, off white with a black sash at the waist that hangs down the side, floor-length, and made of chiffon. Any suggestions as to how I should get my hair styled that would look nice with the dress and not get messed up throughout the night? (I'm going to a professional to get my hair done the day of the prom.)

i have long curly hair as well and got it straighten for my sophmore prom few weeks ago... i wanted it to be so througout the nite i wouldnt get sweaty and such and make my hair look bad... if i was u i would do wuts called flower pedals it looks really cute up top... its kinda like rolled up and then u can put half down or up if u want... or do lil twists around the front and it makes it look like a tiara i did that aswell this past year... its not as formal but u can do things to make it more formal looking

surely, with strapless robes, you could placed on your hair even though you experience interestingly suitable!! placed on it even though you experience maximum gentle bc w/strapless robes, you dont would desire to evaluate the necklines, beading, ect. I continually placed on mine down w/ strapless robes. I upload somewhat poof and curl to it. in case you place on it up, be confident and placed on a necklace so there is no longer an excellent sparkling spot between you face and the gown b/c it is going to draw interest removed from you face!! good success!

Wow your hair sounds gorgeous. Wear it up in an updo. Get a bridal magazine, they have lots of pics of those kinds of hair styles.

I think an up-sweep w/ some long curls down each side would be pretty.

Maybe just tell your hair stylist for an updo. He'll know what to do.

Get it styled in loose waves. That looks pretty and not too casual.
