How i turn from 101 to 90 super FAST.

Not to be rude but your body is going there pubery (boy or girl) and will be changing throughout the years. Just excerise and eat right and your body will stay healthy.

Ur 13 and weigh 101! That is a good weight for ur age! But to loose sum weight try running and eating healthy foods!
You don't wanna drop all the way down to 90 pounds that is NOT healthy for you,you will then be under weight! Good Luck!

average weight loss is about 5 lbs a month if done with exercise and a healthy diet. but it depends on if you're eating a lot of junk food and/or soda, if you are and you cut those out of your diet for the most part and increase the amount of water you drink and exercise you do then you will initially lose more weight then 5lb.

however, it should be said, that long term weight lose is best done in small increments. losing a lot of weight too fast isn't healthy for your body and increases your risk of gaining the weight back.

90lb is not a healthy weight for your age and height. I hope nobody responds to your thread with tips on how to lose weight. You received many intelligent and thoughtful posts on your other thread about how healthy you are right now. If you start dieting at this age you will ruin your metabolism for the rest of your life.

Why are we girls soo obsessed with what the scale says? Focus on what you look like, and how healthy you are. The scale says how much you weigh, BUT everyones muscle mass is different. Make sure your healthy and eating enough fruits and veggies. Stop being concerned with what the scale says ok. Good luck

You are growing and maturing, 101 lbs sounds right, Your body is preparing for menstration if it hasn't started already.

Just make sure you eat the right foods (lean protien fruits and veggies) and exersise, limit the chips and sweets and sodas, drink low fat milk and plenty of water, and you will be just fine

at 13, you shouldn't care. Girls at this age often gain weight because their bodies are preparing to shoot upward and even the weight out. 101 is probably a perfect weight, but it all depends on your height.

why would you want to do that that is too skiny thats like anorexic i think 101 pounds is a good weight for a 13 year old

Why? do you want to be under weight? Do you want to be unhealthy like alot of people around? You need to see your Dr. to find out what YOU should weigh. Then talk about how to do it if you need to. Like crunches sit ups walking, eating veggies. If you really need help and have done the above post another question directed to me and i will help.

That's a great weight! Like I could see if you were 4"9 and wanted to lose weight but my guess is ur not.
