Sisters, yes, but twins? That is quite a stretch.

Yes they were twins.
Gen 4:1 And Adam knew Eve his wife; and she conceived, and bare Cain, and said, I have gotten a man from the LORD.
Gen 4:2 And she again bare his brother Abel. And Abel was a keeper of sheep, but Cain was a tiller of the ground.
The word "again" in verse 2 is (יסף yâsaph) and means continued.
No religion but the truth of God's Word.

If she can't quote chapter and verse to back up her claim, it is most likely, bunk. Cain was the older, then Abel. After Abel was killed, Adam and Eve had Seth, then they had more sons and daughters. There is no indication that they had any other children at the time of Cain and Abel.

I have never heard this. I know there are some beliefs that teach that Cain and Abel were twins themselves with each other.

i imagine there's a verse that asserts some thing alongside the strains of the sons of God said the daughters of earth and were overjoyed. i do not undergo in recommendations the position it really is and am too drained to look because I in basic terms drove decrease back from TX. notwithstanding, i understand for a incontrovertible truth that they did no longer have twin sisters.

Thats funny you ask this question, I was pretty sure that they were twins....mainly by looking at otherOld Testament twins.
Esau and Jacob, Perez and Zerah.
Genesis 4 seems to imply twins
