honey, open start menu, click run, then, write paintbrush, when the folder appear continue...edit,:cut,paste,save,paste from,save, undo, preferences of tools, fav, view,etc, save, rename or save to new file , also as our fren say....
Just change the extension from .jpeg to .bmp so if the name of you picture is "bluebird.jpeg" right click on the name and select change name and switch it to "bluebird.bmp" and it should open in paint.
