I use 75 mg Lyrica /day 1st 3 days, then 150 mg /day for pain. If I stay on 75 mg /day, will cure rate change?

I’m also taking Núcleo to help replace the myelin loss causing Polyneuropathy in my lower limbs. I’m accustomed to the chronic pain so an increase in that would be acceptable

you may want to check with your dr., but my husband has better results when he takes his 75 mg Lyrica twice a day. He has less pain. If he forgets and only takes it once, or not at all, his pain level increases. One dr. has suggested he take the Lyrica 3 times a day.

It depends on how your body works with the Lyrica. For some people higher doses are effective and for others a lower odse is effective so just do what's effective for you.
