Im 23. but mt aunt would always say i look 30 because i kinda fat! it hurts. and it affects my self esteem! worse is. she's making comments behind my back!

So take action. Start walking to work and getting exercise. And eat less. And I know that there are people out there who think you are great and funny - maybe you sing well at church. . .what ever.
But you are valuable and worth a lot. Do not expect everyone to like the way you are. Even saints find that there are folks who think they are too 'goody goody'. So be contented with the things that you DO do well, and focus on that.
Perhaps you could have a hobby. . .grooming the dog, or making clothes with a sewing machine - stuff you design. Or perhaps there is a newspaper column you could write and sent to the local paper.
the list is endless. I am sure tha you are good at something. Your aunt is not the only person who counts. Believe me!

You should sit down with your aunt and tell her how much she's hurting you with her comments.
