In seventh grade my health teacher told us we could get drunk off water if we drank just gallons of it. I don't know if I believe that or not.

To your first question: yes you can. It's hard, and unlikely you would do that, but a few people have. Recently, a radio station held a water-drinking contest and a woman died because of it. But most of us are not that dumb!
Here is a formula I got out of a women's magazine around 20 years ago -take your weight, divide it by 2, drink that many ounces of water a day. A doctor wrote the column I read. I have been drinking that much water since then, only to my benefit.

Although water is amazing for the body, it can also be deadly. You may want to stick to the minimum of 8 glasses a day, and eat plenty of fruits and veggies because they also contain water.
I don't know if you are fine boned or what, but personally I think you are underweight. Are you trying to get into a sport or something? Ease up on your body some, because it's the only one you get.
Yes, you can also gain "water weight". The best thing to work off water weight is some good cardio exercise. Try some Denise Austin's workout videos and her morning exercises. I use them and my body always feels great, but you might want to up the carb intake, because that's where a lot of energy comes from.
Good luck, take care :)

i dont know exactly how much to drink but drinking to much water can kill you. Like that girl who went on a radio station to win tickets for something and the deal was to drink as much water and she over hydrated herself n died.

It is hard to overdose on water. If you are thirsty and drinking water, you are probably fine. To kill yourself, you pretty much have to be FORCING yourself to drink water.
Don't worry about water weight, going to the bathroom gets rid of it immediately.

Yes - I have heard twice of people over drinking water and dying from it. It was a radio show game that went awry. I would be careful.

Somebody recently died from drinking too much water, as I recall.
I believe I was told 24 oz per day.
BUT
You are TOO UNDERWEIGHT. You should weigh more at your height. As a teen, I was 5'5" and 114# and I was skinny.
I suspect you may have anorexia.
