Try a stress ball. Squeeze that a couple times a get the blood pumping in your fingers.

Stretching your fingers as far apart (on both hands, mind you) is also very good, especially the hand you will be using to finger your notes.

The last thing I would recommend is going over your chromatic scales and practicing your chords, and finding a song that requires alot of finger movent. (The fore-mentioned Flight of The Bumble Bee would be perfect).

This is the Manowar version of Flight of The Bumble Bee posted on Ultimate-Guitar.com:

Good Luck!

For a daily routine, do scales. They're very useful and you can always choose a new one when you have gotten to sixteenth notes in three octaves. Try the pentatonic, a major scale and and an arpeggio; go up and down fretboard.

A good warm up song that sounds great but isn't too hard, try Yngwie Mamsteen- Arpeggios from Hell.(use the intro) get the tabs or music from 911tabs.com

amplifier reverb can brighten it up plenty on its own yet i might want to point procuring something like the fender deluxe reverb pedal by Boss to decorate it up even extra. a blues motive force with the benefit quite low and the tone about mid element may also help brighten it up. make useful your lows are somewhat below your mids which might want to be somewhat below your highs.

Definitely your scales,... and if you have to look up sheet music for that,... perhaps that is all you need to practice for a while.
