Nobody talk here about the existence or not of the causes of rape.Nothing justify the rape and is totally criminal. But sometimes, the wife could avoid a potential rape from his husband. There are several ways to avoid rape, specially when the husband ask to his wife to have sex and pleasure. If the woman doesn't want, she has to convince him that the moment is not the good one.But if the woman very often says NO!...and never YES!,then, the couple has a trouble and rape can come in 1 second.
verify the family relationship is recommendable

Absolutely. He has no right over your physical body, and if you don't want sex, he has zero right to force you. It's illegal. Plus, he has a serious problem is he has done that. Someone healthy who loves you would never be able to do such a thing. He's committed a crime and he needs serious help. But first, get the support and help you need to get through this. Good luck to you.

Well... you need to prove beyond doubt that it is rape.
In the case of husband is quite tough to prove that in the court of law.....
Unless.... obviously the bruises are quite clear.. in this case it will be a combination of assault and rape.
take care..
