You can use a color remover... these are sold in the same aisle you find the hair coloring. You can do a permantent color as soon as you like, provided that the semi-permanent color is gone. Hope this helps!

Use a clarifying shampoo or dish washing detergent to get semi-permanent hair color out faster.

Do not apply permanent color yourself because you won't be able to remove all of the semi-permanent color & might end up w/ a funny hair color or damaged hair. This time around go to a salon.

I would say the best thing to do is go to a hair dresser, because you do not want to mess up your hair by trying to fix it yourself, also don't color to often it really damages your hair
