The 13th Warrior. Beowulf and Grendal. I'm not sure those are 'themed', but include religious thoughts/ideas.
'What the do we know? Down the Rabbit's Hole.' is not so much about religion, but about cutting edge quantum mechanics coming to the conclusion that they can no longer refute the claims of religions. (religions around the world that is, not just one or two Middle Eastern death cults intent upon global conquest, or anything.)

"Bent." It's not really a religious movie, but you will have a spiritual experience if you make it to the end.

"The Visitation" has a good warning about religion, and it's entertaining. I also liked the movie "Stigmata." I actually discovered the Gnostic Gospels from the movie, which had a profound effect on my beliefs.

Yoda: For my ally is The Force and a powerful ally it is. Life creates it and makes it grow. Its energy surrounds us and binds us. Luminous beings are we... not this crude matter. Feel the force around you... Here, between you and me, the tree, the rock... Yes, even between the land and the ship!
