OMG, Shinybum I was wondering why you answered that way...Did you think I was saying, Do you eat all 3 meals at once, in one day? That's not what I was saying but that's too funny, if that's what you thought. LOL!:)

yes, I eat breakfast, lunch and dinner at 6:00 PM. Its hard to fit all that food in, but at least I save time during the day.

I try to, but sometimes miss breakfast or lunch due to a busy schedule. Shame on me, as I scarf down any food in my path when I get a chance when I skip a meal.

No. I eat 5 or 6 smaller meals per day, about every 2 hours, but there is no set time.

Some times I eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the same time but not every day.
And also rare in rare case, I eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner at a time ( it depend on situations & time).
we can say it`s a feeling ...but not true...
Infact it`s taking one time food.

yes i do.becoz u r body programmes itself to these timings.its better to do these things consistently n on an average on same time to maintain good health.

yeah cuz i have to wake up for school and eat and then we eat at school and then i eat dinner right after soccer practice
