(Saul) Paul comes on the scene shortly after the supposed Crucifixion. He latterly takes over the religion and makes it what it is today. Without Paul the Christian religion would be a forgotten little religious sect with the sign of a fish as it's only place in Jewish history. Paul took the religion and litterly changed it so that it could become a world religion. Paul never stayed around Jerusalem very much where he would be recognized he was always off to other countries where he was only known by word. When things got to hot for the Great magician Jesus he could have pulled off the biggie. The Crucifixion. With his twelve able assistants he could have arranged a fake Crucifixion. Then he could have carried on naming his religion Christianity spreading it throughout the known world as Paul the worlds greatest Apostle. Amen.

Thanks for your response I never thought Paul was actually Jesus but I thought it would make an interesting proposition and I See from your answers it has. Thanks My Precious it's a great idea. If I was a writer I could make a million bucks. I'll just wait for them to make the movie then sue them for using my idea. Kisses

It was Jesus Christ working through Paul that made Christianity what it is today, but they were not the same person.

1. Paul was a preacher of the Gospel that proclaimed Jesus Christ as God.
2. Paul wasn't born of a virgin birth.
3. The banana snake needs to read the Bible and gain some knowledge before asking such a question.

You are the most foolish man I have ever heard.
# 1. Christ was no magician. He came here to die. With His death, He gained dominion over death and hell, and reconciled man and God, taking the sins of the world to the cross.
# 2. Christ's kingdom was foretold in the O. T. as a kingdom of which there shall be no end ( which is why Herod sought to kill Him as a child ).
# 3. Paul was merely obeying God, as the disciple to the gentiles. It was God that directed Paul's steps, not Paul on his own. Paul gave his will over to the will of God so completely that even his own life meant nothing to him besides to fulfill the will of God, as evident in his own statement that to him, to live was Christ ( Christ living on through his life ), and to die was gain ( as he knew that to die was to be with God ).
So your little pitiful idea of Christianity being a forgotten little religion without Paul is the delusion of a fool, as if it had not been Paul, it would have been another. God used Saul for His greater glory, as Saul was Christianity's biggest enemy. Only an awesome God such as the one that we serve could work such a miracle.

don;t think so. paul was not a true believer, actually an opponent, then he claimed to be struck down with an awaking a long time later. he receivedthe spirit and preached for jesus and raised enough money to build churchers all over. if jesus faked that and pulled that off, he was a real super genius huckster up there with neimen marcus and bloomingdales. a real material man though killed in old age, was immortalized in the bible and the huge st. paul chathedral. pretty slick.

he also said he was Christ's messenger to the Gentiles, after Peter turned that position down.
and actually, Christianity was spreading, even without Paul. read about Phillip and the Ethipoean Eunoch. remember, Saul was the guy killing Christians 'cause he thought they were heretics. the message would have been spread, but the Holy Spirit has His Will...

i do not imagine it has some thing to do with the flow or crucifix. the in elementary words thanks to maintain the early Christians required a miracle. The miracle replaced into the conversion of their greatest critic. Jesus looked as if it would the apostles and others. He had the marks of his ordeal, yet he replaced into very a lot alive and did not carry the flow.

Right.
And Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone.
How convenient of you to omit the part that Paul spent his young manhood working against Christianity.
He killed Christians, because they were Christian ...Stephen being a classic example.
How does that fit in with your conspiracy theory?
