A good resource for legal stuff is www.findlaw.com. At the top left, there is a tab that reads "for legal professionals". Click it, and you'll get options to search US case law and US code.

You should probably refine your search as well. The fifth amendment guarantees a bunch of rights - no double jeopardy, right against self-incrimination, due process of law, just compensation, etc. What right specifically are looking for a case on?

Google these landmark 5th Amendment cases - there should be lots of info on each (the most famous one being the Miranda case; you've heard of the "Miranda rights" or "MIranda warning", right?):

Brown v. Mississippi 297 U.S. 278 (1936)
Miranda v. Arizona 384 U.S. 436 (1966)
Minnesota v. Murphy 465 U.S. 420 (1984)
Edwards v. Arizona 451 U.S. 447 (1981)
Arizona v. Roberson 486 U.S.675 (1988)

I had to look that up once. I went to the website of the United States Court for my district and the U.S. Court of Appeals for my circuit. In both websites I both searched and broused randomly at the Oppinions. THere were so many I couldn't read them all. You can also check the Oppinions of other courts throughout the US but if you want 5th Amendment keep to the federal court system. Good Luck
