There seems to be so much confusion here as to what certain religions or beliefs are. If you'd like...please list your religion/belief/science and explain it a little so others will understand.

For example, I’ve read on this site that Atheist worship the devil, but then I’ve read that Atheist don’t believe in the devil. That’s the kind of clarification I believe we all need.

***CD*** That's my point with this question. So an Atheist, Christian etc... can disspell some of the lies about their beliefs.

I am a Spiritual Agnostic.
And I believe that "God" (or higher power or whatever you will) is similar to the idea of "The Force" in Star Wars. (and yes, I know that it is loosely based on Taoism) I KNOW that at our base level, we are all made of something similar - an energy if you will that is perceived (as of this point in time) as quantum. It is in all things, though it does not manifest itself as the same thing - so you'll have trees and stars (suns) and humans, and possibly other life forms, and other universes (multiverses), etc.
I feel that if we could learn to harness said energy that it might work a LOT like the Force does - that we might even be able to slow the passage of time like they did in the Star Wars universe. (Qui-Gon Jinn was supposed to have died around 60 years of age, though he APPEARED to be only 40 - Count Dooku was ACTUALLY in his 80's AT LEAST, etc)
I also feel that the search for "God" is actually a search by humans to find the connective force behind it all, and to explain why things have happened. It also causes them to wonder WHY, because they wonder what majesties we could behold if we only could get beyond what we know now.
I can not explain why Atheists do not feel this need. And, as an Agnostic, I don't feel the need to. They can explain it so much better than I could, just as a Hindu or Asatruar might explain better how they can be polytheistic.
But most importantly, I do not think that spirituality and science should be viewed separately. I, instead, feel that they should compliment each other, so long as we are willing to re-evaluate our belief systems just as we would our scientific ideas when we find a more likely solution.
It is the result that we should all be focused on- not the process that it takes to get said result.

Who has said that atheists worship the devil? Thiests say this. Why would you listen to a theist about what an atheist is? Thiestically infect people are not anybody you should be getting info from, they lie. Lying to them is like a sport.
Want to know about atheists. Ask an atheist.

I am a Hindu. I believe that the one God manifests Him/Herself in multiple ways for us to worship him/her and to help us fathom at least some aspects of his/her otherwise unfathomable existence.
I also believe that other religions have their merits. I think that everyone, no matter what their religion is, can come to God and realize truth. Even though I believe in God, I also have great tolerance for Atheists, because they too can realize truth just as much as I can. Perhaps they would not call it a personal God, but it does not mean that their view is any less valid than mine. Theirs is based on their experience of the world, and mine is based on my experience. Who is to say that any of us have the ultimate experience? I think that we all see different aspects of the truth - which is so vast that it will appear different to each of us.
The Rig Veda (Hindu Scripture) has summed this up by saying, "Truth is one, the sages call it by many names."

That's a lovely idea, honey. But some folks are determined to believe the lies they've been told about another faith. Rather than the truth told to them by a long time believer of that faith.

If you are confused does that mean you don't know where you stand? No confusion here, just a lot of different opinions and we are free to discuss them for now, until someone comes in and tries to change it and no doubt that will happen.

I would say I was christian....but right now in my life I am so confused by it all. I do believe in God, but then people saying they believe in one and all others are completely wrong is crap. All of them all want to lead to an ultimate goal..which is salvation/enlightenment/nirvana ....so what is the point of fighting over it? I am not sure which one I completely believe in...and it is hard.

people are free to believe whatever they want and have faith in whatever they want and see things however they want, the problem lies when they want to pass that on to others, if everyone kept what they believed to themselves we would not have a problem, and for the record no one is right or wrong, it is all what YOU believe, so lets learn to respect that already
