Hey I just got dreadlocks and I was wondering what shampoo brands are residue-free? (I'm talking about ordinary brands I could just go pick up at the store- not designer or specialty brands). Thank :)

I thought you were supposed to put a pantyhose over your dreds and then mix shampoo and water in a squirt bottle and squit it on while you massage the dreds inside the pantyhose.
