That depends on three things: how you feel about keeping all your teeth, what you can afford, and ultimately what your dentist recommends. Even teeth that are missing most of the crown can be saved with a root canal, post and crown. If you would like to keep as many of your teeth as possible and can afford such a procedure, this is an excellent idea. If not and also if your dentist tells you the tooth is beyond repair, then you probably better have it extracted. Even then, there are options to replace it, such as an implant and crown or a fixed bridge (again assuming you can afford it.) Good luck.

The depends on the extent of the damage. A cap or other products can be used to give you a tooth in that spot once again.

the best answer is with your dentist.. as decision can be made by looking at the tooth directly which even u cant for your own teeth, so better go to doc, & let him give u the options he has!!!

MUCH DEPENDS ON HOW YOU PERSONALLY FEEL ABOUT THE TOOTH ON WHAT THE DENTIST THAT EXAMINES IT SAYS AND ON WHAT THE VALUE TO YOUR QUALITY OF LIFE THAT THIS TOOTH HAS.
