then maintain your current diet if you eat healthy and focus on strength training. I use exercise videos designed to strength train. You can find them at walmart or target, maybe kmart. Doing different ones of those a couple times a week can definitely help. Or use free weights (dumbbells) and find some workouts with those online.

Hope this helps :) Anymore questions you can hit me up. Good luck !

Firstly, you dont have to give up any 'vices' you may have - choccies, cakes, etc,.. but you DO have to balance your foods (intake of calories) with your activities (output of cals), like walking, running, fitness, etc.

The word 'Diet' may seem like a grim reaper of a word, but its just 'healthy eating' and lifestyle change, by any other meanings!
But eating healthily, as you say you do, is a big bonus to start with. Doing any excercise for 20mins+, at a light-moderate rate, like light runs, swimming and circuit weight-training (light weights for approx 20reps each, working head-2-toe on your bodypart - shoulders, chest, back, arms, legs, calves, abs, with no rest inbetween b/parts) should burn the extra cals/fat you want rid of, whilst eating healthily... and the circuit weights wont bulk your body up, but will 'tone' your muscles, giving you a greater, sexy, physique, as well as making you look healthy too!

Dont eat 'big' meals tho, as this means your body is taking in an excess of cals & storing them as fat. Whereas 4-5 'small' meals a day will mean that your energies will be kept up, and those cals will be burnt more efficiently.

Be well and prosper! ;-)

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)
