Thats a big ask but it can be done, if losing some pounds of any description and inches is what you want then I would suggest you use a diet that is all natural and is rich in protein and vitamins, which is what the FDA recommends. I used a protein based diet after a friend who had lost a lot of weight with this recommended it to me. All the way through you feel great and energized, you also get great coaching and support along the way. The people are very friendly and gave me lots of great advice. I needed to lose 40 pounds and I did so with no problems. The products really work and you feel great whilst losing weight. I lost all my weight in less than four months and they have helped me to keep it off. I would definitely recommend using them. My sister did this also and lost 76 pounds in five months (She works out, I don’t). There is no pressure and they will even send you a load of free samples so you can try before you buy. The samples were the thing that initially convinced me that this was the right diet for me. You also a get a free complete health consultation with the samples, I just paid the postage and handling, but for what I got it was well worth it. You just go to www.myhealthabc.com to register your details to get the free samples and the free advice etc and then they just call you up and ask you a few questions. It was so easy. Their main site is www.myhealthabcmall.com and you can see all the products and packages and order from their. Its nice to have contact with real people who care about you losing weight and improving your health. I am in better health now than I have ever been thanks to these products and I know that I will continue to keep the weight off with the help I have received. I hope this helps.

To loose 15 lbs, low carbs for 1 week will jump start your weight loss. Then begin veggies and lean meat (3 oz). Steam veggies w/ very little salt use onion for flavor and there is a squirt butter but don't go overboard. Green veggies have the least amount of calories so double the portion here and cut back on the starchy ones. Salad with lemon, top with grilled chicken. Rice with cilantro and tomatoes, or tomatoes grilled with a touch of parmesan cheese. Leave out other cheeses for now. Limit milk and only low fat. No chips of any kind. Now, walk, run, play ball and dance as a substitute to sitting on the couch. Good luck.

you want to drop 20-30 pounds in less than 2 months? well, haven't you set yourself a lofty goal? it'll be tricky, but if you're already muscular, then it'll probably be okay. while i can't say that it'll work for sure for you [and if anyone claims that, they're lying] here are some tips:
first, get yourself a gym membership. workout there regularly. one day, pick up 30 pound plate. drop it. problem solved.
just don't drop it on your toes. that hurts. turd burglar.
oh, and if you mean you want to lose 20-30 pounds of body weight in less than two months, and you're "relatively muscular" already, it's not bloody likely to happen. you should learn a little about the physiology of that body of yours that is so muscular. 20-30 pounds in 2 months while maintaining your muscle mass ain't gonna happen. idiot.
good luck!

It would be very unhealthy.
Option #1 - cut off a useless appendage!
Option #2 - be more reasonable and extend that time
Option #3 - Exercise, turn it into muscle
Muscle looks better than fat.
Do your crunches and eat your carrots and broccoli

Remember that muscle weighs more than fat, so if more muscle mass and less weight is what you want, you should see a trainer. Rapid weight loss is bad for your heart.

the best thing that you could do probably is to eat right and sit in a sauna for about 30-45 minutes each day and you will literally watch the pounds melt right off you
