Im Josh 13 and i weigh 120. I want to get down to 100 or less so I can get on the basketball team. Ive been practicing hard but still cant lose weight. What can I do to lose weight fast (3 months) without using weight loss programs?

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

This Is My Answer: To Lose weight you have to watch what u eat what ur eating right now eat just half of that in the morning and the other half at night but not so late....You have to drink alot of water. And eat more fruits. and some crunches or sit ups

actually. i dont think you need to lose weight. you're still young. you're 13 and 120. that's pretty healthy. once you go down to 100, that's too skinny. just stay the way you are. =)
