I have never heard of that happening and from my understanding of Parkinson's disease it is that there is no or very little dopamine in the brain. Of what I understand having a brain injury could not cause this to disappear but weather it causes a problem that then slowly over time causes the dopamine levels to decrease is another subject.

Yes, Parkinsons disease can come on naturally or be caused by severe injury to the head which really means serious injury to the brain. Mohammed Ali the famous boxer has it and it was caused by too many blows to the head
