I am going to do 50 situps each day. 50 at one time and 50 before I go to bed. It is April 16th 2007 and I am going on Vacation to a hot hot place in June 1, or like some where near the beginning. If I do this everday when will I lose 4-5 inches off my belly???????? Like how many weeks do I have to do this?

50 sit ups a day!You cant lose **** doing that lil do at least 200 a day wow 4-5 in of waist u chubby i suggest go on a lose diet jog on mornings and do lots of situps or just hit the gym wich is much better

DO NOT DO SITUPS!!! They are EXTREMELT difficult to do correctly, and they can have devastating effects if done incorrectly. If you want to do something, try cardio (lifting weights/something heavy that you have), jump rope, run in place, e.t.c.
