Thanks to "ya'll" for responding...some fun ideas there! The grits I'm making will be plain "Southern Style". Then, I'll get into more of the "flavored" venue. Maybe something like grits with apple & cinnimon

Congrats on liking grits. But apple and cinnamon??? No no no! My great aunt would come back from her grave on that! Just tons of butter, pepper, and a little salt. YUM.
