"I hope that struggle bring peace to our hearts and souls"
Which is right and why? Does it sound ok?
Thank you in advance.

The first one is correct. Struggle is a singular word (even though a person's struggle could have more than one issue) so it is brings. If you made struggle plural as in "I hope that struggles..." then you would use the singular bring.

A lot of English grammar really does not make much sense but the more you listen to it you will just "hear" what sounds correct. This rule would follow along with many other words. "I hope that tragedy brings.." "I hope they bring pizza." "I hope she brings pizza."

First one is good:

"I hope that struggle brings peace to our hearts and souls."

It's correct grammatically.

"I hope that struggle brings peace to our hearts and souls".

the word "struggle" is singular, so the verb must be singular, also. (subject-verb agreement). That is, he/she/it "brings".

The first sentence is correct.

English does not use the subjunctive after the verb "to hope".

First one. If you write the sentence without " I hope that" at the beginning it isn't right.
