Just get plain tomatoe sauce, and heat it up, adding oregano, black pepper, garlic powder to taste. If you want it spicy, you can add some chili powder or cayenne.
Then, if you want to, you can add chunks of onion, peppers, mushrooms. Add enough so that you'll get a piece of one or the other every second bite or so. And of course, add the meat. Scramble fry the meat in advance.

use around 600grams of minced meat, add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, 1 jar of your favoured bolognaise sauce, 1 tin of diced tomatoes,1 onion, and a few mixed herbs of your choice.
"brown the mince then cook in your onion, add tomato paste mix well then add sauce and tomatoes, mix well add herbs and let simmer for about 20 mins to half an hour and hey presto spag sauce. also add a tablespoon of sugar to it aswell it may sound weird but it gets rid of the tartiness of the tomatoes and gives you a much nicer flavour.
you could also try frying up some zucchini, capsicum and some mushrooms to add to it aswell for a bit of variety or anything else that appeals to you.. HAVE FUN..
