All the teams have been unlucky, which accounts for part of their struggles. I think they are having problems adjusting to the new Charger nose. All three cars usually run well at aero tracks (with the exception of the 19 last year), but have all been awful this year. I am sure he has people working around the clock trying to get it right.

Since Evernham started the developmental program his cup teams have started a back slide.
There is talent at Evernham but with 3 cup teams the Busch setup and developmental program resources are spread too thin.
That's all I have to say about that.

There are a lot of issues over there. He doesn't seem to care about how his team performs as long as Erin Crocker does (and I'm not talking about her racing). Another looming issue is when Daimler Chrysler sells will Dodge continue it's race program? He has been talking to potential investors but he better come up with something soon ar Kahne and Sadler will start looking for better rides.

They had this much bad luck two years ago when they changed the nose set-up. All the dodge teams did. Kasey had a stellar year last year and so did he the year before the first nose change. They just need to quit using the old set-ups and try something different.

No, it's just that everyone else has caught up. It's the ever changing cycle of Nascar.

He spent to much time with a certain race car driver. now his team is suffering. he needs to get his focus on the team. kasey, elliot, scott, and the whole team is suffering. he needs to put forth 100%, especially now with he car of tomorrow.
