Try these things called

Clean & Clear
Oil Absorbing SHEETS

They work really well
they are sold at stores like walmart.

Also try not to use and oily lottions
try them on your hand first and see if they make your skin oily.

good luck
hope everything work outs.

I feel your pain, I have the same problem. I would recommend looking over the products you use now, if your face is very dry and you are using a cleanser that is drying it out, like an acne cleanser, then that could be it. When you dry out your face, you cause it to produce more oil to combat the dryness. Next check your moisturizer, maybe switch to a lighter formula that isn't so greasy, Clean and Clear has a light oxygenating moisturizer I like to use during the summer. It's light and just enough moisture for me. If you think your skin will react badly to any changes, my life saver is carrying around Clean and Clear's Oil blotting sheets, they help with the oil and help me stay fresh throughout the day. Good luck!

Don't use moisturizer with oil -- try Aveeno which is for people with skin problems. There is Aveeno soap, facial cleansers, and moisturizers.

You can also search oily skin at

You should use an astringent before moisturizing. I have very oily skin also and I find that an astringent with tea tree oil works wonders before moisturizing.

have you just tried a regular foaming cleanser?? that's probably the best. if you use it in the shower, your skin will already be wet and moist from the shower then cleanse it and it will be soft and smooth when you get out!
