what do you do when you pay 471.00 FOR A COMPUTER THAT THEY SAY IS GOOD COND. AND ITS A PIECE OF JUNK?

Hate to say it, but you get what you pay for! $71 will buy you a 4 year old computer with 4 year old problems. It will be slow with a small hard drive.

I am guessing that you purchased this from someone that builds computers on the side? If so, ask them for your money back or barter with them. Maybe they would be willing to help you upgrade the PC a little. You should be able to add some RAM and a larger or second hard drive.
