I have a Samsung 46'' LCD TV. When I connect my PC to TV through VGA port, the video quality was fine.
My video card also have DVI output. I damn sure that DVI-to-HDMI will be better than VGA. But why they state ""HDMI/DVI IN terminal does not support PC connections" in the manual?
Thanks everyone

It means that it may work, but if it does not work, don't call them up for help.

It may also be that their HDMI port is not supporting PC timing. If you use an ATI or Nvidia Screen wizard that can adjust of overscan or underscan, you probably will be OK.

It should work. You can use DVI to DVI or DVI to HDMI or even HDMI to HDMI (newer graphics cards that are dumping s-video for hdmi).

DVI doesn't support sound though. But, it's much faster than VGA because VGA is analog and DVI is digital.
