I just received a note saying I won the lottery from Royal Lottery Board Sl, is it real? It says to call my agent, I dont want to do anything until i make sure its real, anyone know?

Be careful even with the phone call. Some of these scams are simply to make you call some long-distance numbers that charge you as soon as you connect. The charges can be as high as $10/minute.

If you actually played the lottery and have your ticket, then use the information on that. If not, look up the Royal Lottery Board independently from the information that was sent on/with the note. If you don't remember activily participating in the lottery, you probably are being targeted for something.

Do some research on the web first to see if there are any active scams running on this. Here in the States we have the Better Business Bureau that helps us keep track of it; I don't know what you have that is equivilant. The BBB may even be a good source as they deal with international things as well as domestic.
