I think teasing and spontaneity are very important. It's one thing to have all the right moves, but if she knows that you are up for it anytime anywhere, it'll still be good, but not mindblowing.

First things first, make sure you guys are comfortable with each other. After that's been established, then start with some teasing, lean in close like you're about to kiss her, either wait till she leans in or till your lips are just barely touching, then surprise her by tickling her and kissing her on the cheek instead. As you continue your foreplay keep going like this, teasing her. Finally as things get heated up [clothes still on and everything, or as you're starting to undress one another] get up and act as if you're going to leave. When she asks "Where are you doing?" reply "Home" when she asks "Seriously (or the like)" say "Just kidding" and get it on.
