DePaul or UIC?

UIC gave no aid besides loans..DePaul gave a 3.5k grant, 3k work study, and loans.

After visiting both i thought DePaul seemed like a better fit but is it worth the debt?

UIC is still probably the cheaper school. UIC is stingy on aid. You can try and appeal the aid decision.
Pick whatever will make you happy.
