100% Whole Wheat. It is the BEST! There is one kind that I buy at the store if there isn't time to make any, but homemade is the best.

My mom makes it really wonderful and I am learning to make the same kind. Her recipe is so soft and light, not like the kind we had when we were kids. This kind is actually yummy and really good for you.

I almost never eat white anymore, except for when I get or make some artisan bread to go with my Italian cooking. Other than that, it is whole wheat all the way!

Natures own- honey wheat sandwhich bread. If I want garlic bread I make my own in the bread machine. If we're eating subs we eat sourdough. Just depends on what we're eating is to what kind of bread of choice.
