I have never cooked with wine before. I was hoping someone could help me pick out a dry white wine to cook the sauce with. Below is the list of ingredients. Thank you so much for any suggestions!

2 tablespoons milk
1 cup chopped hazelnuts

Buy any wine that you would serve at the table because the flavor will intensify when cooking- Just buy a good bottle that you would serve it doesn't matter what type or brand when cooking as long as you could serve it it will be fine

Wine is purely a sort of fruit juice. you need to use any juice thinned with water and a touch lemon or vinegar as properly reported in yet another answer. you are able to merely advance the recipe. i might in no way merely flow away it out because of the fact the consistency can exchange. I continuously prepare dinner with wine and locate it provides a lot of style.

I recommend Sauvignon Blanc, or a Chardonnay if you are a little more experienced and know how to cope with the relatively larger degree of acidity surfacing when Chardonnay wine is reduced.

Buy a bottle of Italian pinot grigio; you should find good ones for less than $US 10 (I assume you are American by your measurements). Enjoy drinking the remainder of it with your meal.
