Because man created god and that was where we made our first HUGE mistake.

Actually, given that all foetuses start off female (hence the nipples), it would be more accurate to say First God created Woman. If there is any truth at all in creationism then it just has to be that woman was created first. So maybe in the bible it originally said woman but has been changed as men got more and more power. So maybe that's why things don't work too well - because men are not suitable to be in charge of the world.

Because we were created with free choice. We were created in His image yes, but humans were given the chioce to do good or evil. Satan was an angel named Lucifer that tried to over throw Heaven. He was sent to hell and has been trying to get to the rest of God's creation ever since.
And we humans have a choice, we can follow the Lord's teachings and live a good and holy life, or we can go for the greedy, easy, sinful way and follow Satan. It is a daily stuggle of free choice and it should be an easy decision, but considering the actions of some people and the sad number of non believers, we will continue to be MESSED up until everyone chooses to beleive in God.

With or without God, you have freewill to choose what you want to do as does everyone else who was, is, or will be. You are as responsible as everyone else for the problems of this world.
Let's say there is God and he created us. Way back when, he didn't want the world to be screwed up, so he forced his creation to do only good things. Now, what are you? You certainly aren't a being of freewill.
Since this question is typically posed to Christians, I'll add this... Christian teaching is that God loves man, that being he created in His image (i.e., intelligence, freewill, immortal soul, etc.). He wants man to freely love Him and choose to do as He does and become like Him (i.e., loving, wise, holy, etc.). He doesn't make us do only good things, otherwise, we would not be choosing them for ourselves.
If you want God to make bad stuff stop, then you want God to take away your freewill because you aren't all good either.
The very nature of your question demonstrates you are like God in the sense that you want other people to choose to do good so things aren't messed up. If everyone chose to do good, you wouldn't ask why did God create such a happy go-lucky world.

I agree
He has certainly got a lot to answer for.
Should have spent more time on the design stage obviously.
There again he apparently didn't have anything great to work from bar himself, which would explain a lot
ach well no bad for a first attempt i suppose.
but I certainly wouldn't employ him fot the mark 11 version.

Its called free will.

God already has creations that do exactly as He says. They're called angels.
Though you should remember they do exactly what He says by their own choice. They just have the benefit of knowing full well He exists and is the top bod.

We though, dont have that benefit, and doubt Him.
We're so messed up because we want things we dont need, and do things without thinking of consequences.

God allows it because He's already told us all how to behave, doing so is up to us.
If we dont, we get our come-upence in the next life.

Just like you each individual is the master of His own destiny. Evidently most of us don't think about the consequences.

Because he gave us a choice on how we want to live, and act, and what religion we follow.
